For infants to 3 years - Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays - 9:00-11:00 am

Join us as we come together once a week in a warm, home-like environment under the guidance of our experienced Early Childhood Teacher, Mary Beth Fifer. Our program welcomes children from infants up to 4 years, and supports the wonder and exploration of the first years of life in a nurturing atmosphere. For some parents, this is their first experience of Waldorf education. The program provides opportunities to ask questions, and echoes the rhythm of our mixed-age kindergarten. Every class includes a brief discussion of parenting and child development topics such as play, discipline, rhythm, sleep, nutrition and media. Circle time offers song, verses and movement for parents and children to experience together. The parents will engage in homelike activities or make simple crafts while children help them or play nearby. The children will play with simple, natural toys and materials, often handmade by Mrs. Fifer.
